Management Team

	Tracy Lotz, FOUNDER Mr. Lotz entered the vacation home rental industry by creating 1st Choice Rental Properties 15 years ago. His vision was, and continues to be to empower property managers with the best tools and technology to grow and optimize their business. LiveRez relies on the guidance and direction of Mr. Lotz’s deep experience in the vacation rental industry to provide the most complete solution built on the needs of vacation rental property managers.
	Jeremy Lotz, DEVELOPMENT J. Lotz has over 15 years experience designing and implementing internet solutions. He has worked closely with property managers within the vacation rental property management industry in understanding the unique operations, challenges, and opportunities of their business and utilizing the latest technology to address these.
	Garry Lough, SALES Garry owns and manages 11 commercial and residential real estate units and brings first-hand experience in property management to LiveRez. Garry has worked for Good Source Solutions and Northwest Distribution as a Sales and Marketing executive. He has also served in varying capacities in the Public Sector: as Deputy Controller and Director of Legislative Affairs for the Superintendent of Public Instruction. Garry holds a Bachelors Degree from Idaho State University in International Studies.
	Ralf VonSosen, MARKETING Ralf VonSosen has spent the past decade in various marketing and product management leadership positions at high-tech companies ranging from eCommerce start-ups to industry giants such as SAP. Ralf brings a track record of identifying and leveraging growth opportunities through new marketing efforts, product development and partnerships. Mr. VonSosen holds a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah.
	Michael Vance, SERVICES Michael Vance brings extensive experience in the vacation rental management industry to Live Rez. He has managed implementations and the ongoing success of property managers in his position with 1st Choice Properties. Michael also spent over 4 years managing information systems needs and database marketing initiatives in the Idaho public sector. He is a graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems.
	Matt Bailey, TECHNOLOGY Over the past 15 years, Mr. Bailey has managed all technology infrastructure and data systems for 1st Choice Vacation Rentals. He understands the critical information needs of property managers and has continuously architected solutions to maximize the security, reliability, and performance of technology solutions to ensure benefits to property managers.
	Tyler Hurst, MARKETING Tyler Hurst has spent the past few years working with several small businesses in sales and marketing capacities. He brings experience in creating and building online businesses to LiveRez. He holds a degree in Business Administration from North Idaho College.
	Brian Chapman, SALES Brian Chapman has spent the last 8 managing his own residential properties in addition to working as a Real Estate Appraiser. He has also worked as a Business Development Specialist for small businesses in Washington State and has worked as a Financial Analyst in healthcare industry. Mr. Chapman holds a Bachelor's Degree from Washington State University in Finance.
	Sean Boone, WEB DEVELOPMENT Sean brings over seven years of graphic design, web development, and online marketing to LiveRez. His extensive experience in Web strategies, tools, and execution ranges from websites, to social networking, and search engine marketing. Sean’s focus is on both creating powerful website conversion tools, as well as helping to educate the LiveRez community on the latest developments in online technology, marketing, and selling.
